Meet the Team
Bryan Ogletree
Realtor Team Lead
Bryan was born and raised in the Miami Valley. He has been married for 20 years and has 2 daughters and a son. He obtained his real estate license in 2006 while working for a large aerospace company and immediately transitioned into a full-time real estate agent. His primary focus has always been putting his clients’ needs first and getting them what they want in the timeframe they need. He is well respected by clients and fellow agents for his knowledge, professionalism and efficiency. Bryan has sold over 100 homes consistently each year for the last 5 years. Bryan is in the top 1% of all REALTORS in the great Miami Valley. He is a 3-time recipient of the RE/MAX Platinum award and 2-time recipient of the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Team award. In 2016 he earned the exclusive Hall of Fame Career Level Award recognizing him as one of RE/MAX top producers company wide. He is an active member of the Antioch Shrine Bobbies competition and parade unit supporting the Shriner’s Children’s Hospitals. Bryan is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, boating, four wheeling, traveling, motorcycles, and classic and muscle cars. He is known for always being on the go with a sweet tea in hand.

Amy has been a transaction coordinator since 2014 assisting clients with the buying and selling process. She takes great pride in her work. Amy makes each stage of a transaction from contract to close run effortlessly. She is married with 3 children and enjoys camping, spending time with family, and going to the lake. She is known for her infectious laugh and loves all things Christmas.

Meet Abby, our real estate marketing specialist. With years of experience in the industry, Abby has honed skills in all areas of real estate marketing, from social media advertising to print campaigns. As a creative problem solver, Abby excels at finding innovative ways to market properties, utilizing our stunning photography and creating eye-catching digital and print materials. She understands this is one of the biggest financial decisions a person can make, and strives to showcase your home in the best possible light. When not in the office she loves going to the movie theater and spending time outdoors.

Sally Brainard
Buyer’s Agent
Although she was born and raised in a small town in Illinois, she’s been spending the last 7 years here in Ohio getting acquainted with all things Miami Valley. From finding her new favorite spot to eat, to attending the big game, you could say she’s a true Ohioan now! Sally has a four year old daughter, and together they’ve conquered trying out just about every park and ice cream shop within a 30 mile radius. After getting to know the community and spending 2 years as a stay at home mom, she wanted to put her love for helping others into action. She has a true passion for finding dream homes with commitment to personalized service. Sally strives to make every real estate transaction a smooth and rewarding experience for all clients!

Born and raised in Dayton Ohio. I have been involved with the industry, Real Estate / Mortgage for over 20 years and my passion is networking, helping others! My son, who is my pride and joy, upgraded me from mom to GiGi. My little Iris is almost a year old and I just love her to pieces! My newest addition to my little family, is the puppy – Ginger, a Cockapoo who is absolutely loveable and the absolute sweetest.
